The Novalife Program was designed to offer a modern approach to counselling. Regardless of why a person chooses to have their cards read, a trust given to a tarot reader in sharing their energy and personal details of life. I have found consistently this opens the door to conversation and I am always moved at the stories shared with me. I’m also a mom, healer and an empath so counselling was a natural path to pursue as a career. For a time I thought I would have to give one or the other up, but instead - with the support of so many wonderful mentors and clients - I have chosen to present a new way of helping in the mental health “world”. I also love working with teens, and this program was developed with them as my primary focus. I can’t tell you how many counselors “didn’t” work for my kids. Not for lack of effort or interest - simply because the approach didn’t resonate with them. I wanted to create alternative option to mental health support that resonates while assuring professionalism, confidentiality and access to professional counselling tools when necessary. Step one is a consultation where we will meet and discuss Novalife program and it’s suitability to your needs. Should we move forward working together, this will be used as a deposit toward the Preliminary Session or is included with full package. | Let’s get to know each other (especially you!). Moving forward from the consultation our next step is to have some fun while learning about you. We will do a Tarot Reading and see what the cards say about what’s going on in your world at the moment. I will provide you with your Astrological Natal Birth Chart and we will can see what characteristics, personality traits and influences your astrological makeup has on your life. We will review and discuss your goal(s) for the program and possible surrounding issues that may help or hinder you achieving them. Upon completion of this session you will be provided with: -an essential oil Chakra Balance roller -Access and instructions for a Chakra insight and balance meditation. -a journal -A set of Chakra Healing Stones |
On our following visits we will review and define your goals and follow up on any insights you may have had. We will continue building our plan and working on you. Generally speaking, we will work on meditation tools, chakra healing, crystal work, journaling, and any specific tools to help you.

As you get older you get very reflective. I’m not saying I’m getting older, but I am getting reflective. Ok...I’m getting older - but I’m learning to love it and that’s because I’m excited for this new chapter! I am setting free my metaphysical, non-traditional, spiritual self after years of self-imposed fear of being judged by it. I’ve survived and learned from far too many experiences through this life not to utilize those lessons for the betterment of others. I know there is a whole world of us looking for alternative healing modalities and a whole world of them out there! What I can offer is guidance navigating these modern methods balanced by he comfort, confidentiality and resources of a Counselor.
The professional stuff... I have been a Legal Assistant, Executive Director in the music industry, Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Foster Caregiver, Seamstress/Designer, Show Director, Medical Transcriptionist, and above all else - Mom. My kids have both struggled with debilitating stress and anxiety which was utterly defeating to navigate. I’m proud that we got through it and that we were at the forefront of bringing awareness to the lack of support for youth and their mental mental health - but we were also lucky. We need affordable and sustainable options for mental health support. I went back to college and received my Professional Counselor Certification with the goal of helping youth manage stress and anxiety. What I have found however, is the world of counselling is an incredibly individual, potentially expensive and stigmatized undertaking that can feel overwhelming.
The question however is - do Metaphysical, Life Coaching and Counselling make sense together? ABSOLUTELY! When I started this endeavour I was told numerous times that these worlds did not fit. I tried separating them but it just doesn’t feel right - at least not to me. Drum roll please - welcome NovaLife Holistic Healing! I am so excited to (finally) present my cohesive vision to you. I have created plans to help guide you along your individual journey to achieve your goals with methods that resonate with you. Chakra balancing, natal chart reading, meditation, life coaching, crystals, oracle readings, vision boards are just a part of my services. The fiery Sagittarius in me is determined to continue my own growth and education, but I am also extremely excited to be able to suggest and connect you with more modalities such as access bars, reiki, yoga, essential oils, mediumship and a variety of health services with my Ametha Team to help you navigate and succeed in whatever your betterment goals may be.
